The Park Home Owners JUSTICE Campaign is extremely pleased to report that the ‘Caravan Industry & Park Operator' Trade Journal has published in its January 2012 issue, a full story and pictures of our presentation to Downing Street of the first National Statistics which detail the results from a questionnaire/survey on the abuse and problems faced by many residents who live under the regime of an unscrupulous park owner.

Because of their action in printing this detailed story, it has shown clearly that the Industry is listening and it is this action that has prompted me to ask if Park Owners, Trade Bodies and all who have a vested interest in the Park Home Industry will join with the Park Home Owners JUSTICE Campaign to fight for the justice needed to stop further damage to the Industry. May I also - on behalf of our Campaign - applaud the ‘Caravan Industry & park Operator' Trade Journal for publishing the work of our Campaign in their magazine.

Our Campaign which is supported by thousands of Park Home Residents, Lord Graham of Edmonton, Annette Brooke and many other MP's, IPHAS (Independent Park Homes Advisory Service,) NAPHR (National Association of Park Home Residents,) leading Park Home Insurance provider TOWERGATE INSURANCE (formerly Towergate Bakers) and last, but certainly not least, the PARK HOME &HOLIDAY CARAVAN Magazine - has always acknowledged that not all park home site owners are unscrupulous and has requested on many occasions that good site owners join forces with the "Justice Campaign" to rid the Industry of the rogues who are damaging it.

Park Homes are a much needed source of luxurious affordable housing that not only supply what should be a peaceful retirement for residents but an ongoing source of revenue for the many trades associated with it and we believe that it is imperative to restore its reputation for the good of all who are associated with it.

Our Campaign has come a long way in raising awareness of "Sale Blocking" by the park owner and many other problems and loopholes in the law that currently exist in park home legislation. An Inquiry into Park Homes is currently under way by the Communities and Local Government Committee and this inquiry shows clearly that Government and the Industry are listening and aware of the many problems within the Industry.

Our Campaign is confident that not only every MP in Westminster, but every Chief Constable's Office in our country along with the Chief Executives of many Councils have been made aware of our Park Home Owners JUSTICE Campaign and have received copies of our National Statistics that indicate the dreadful situations that many residents are forced to endure. Because of the awareness that now exists, we firmly believe that those in power are working hard to find a solution that will completely rid our country of the rogue park owners who are ruining the lives of many park home owners and causing damage to the Industry.

Those in Parliament have the power to change everything - but of course they need to hear from all sides of the Park Home Industry. If you - like the "Justice Campaign" - would like to eradicate the rogue park owners who are causing heartache to many innocent residents and untold damage to the Industry, may I respectfully request that you join forces with the "Justice Campaign" and help us to save the reputation of the Industry.

Therefore, any trader, park owner or trade body that makes contact with the Campaign to offer support and does not wish to have their name added to the Campaign's Web Site List can be assured of complete discretion and confidentiality.

I believe that together we can stop the damage to the Park Home Industry. Restore its good reputation and give Park Home Owners the peace and justice to which they are entitled.
