Park Homes – bill proposed for site owner licensing
Stephen Gilbert, Lib Dem MP for St Austell and Newquay, has moved to bring in a Bill to make provisions to require site owners of park home sites to undergo a fit and proper person test; to introduce a national licensing scheme for individual owners of park home sites; and for connected purposes.

Stephen Gilbert MP will be on the panel of speakers at one of the Towergate regional road shows later this year.
The road show to be held 31st May at Kingsley Village Conference centre near Newquay will also feature Sonia McColl of the Park Home JUSTICE Campaign, Martin Fisher, Cornwall's Senior Trading Standards Officer and Tony Turner Chairman of St Dominick's Park residents Association.
